Lisa Gressel

Lisa Gressel serves as General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer at P.F. Chang's China Bistro since October 2016, overseeing the legal department and providing strategic legal advice to senior management. Gressel also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at both the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and Delaware Law School, focusing on Risk Assessment and Management and global compliance and ethics, respectively. Previous roles include leadership positions at PetSmart, Avella Specialty Pharmacy, L3 Communications Integrated, Nortel Networks, EaglePicher Technologies, and General Electric, where Gressel has been instrumental in compliance, ethics, and legal strategy across diverse industries. Gressel holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
