Alan Chan

Alan Chan has over two decades of experience in compliance and legal roles within the finance and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel at P. Schoenfeld Asset Management since November 2014, Alan has previously held positions such as Compliance Manager and Counsel at Patriarch Partners, Producer at Fade to Blue Films, and Associate at Fried Frank. Alan began the professional career with an internship at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and worked as a Corporate Banking Associate at Bank of Tokyo Trust Company. Alan's academic background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Economics from the University of Michigan.
