Nicole Petitto

Nicole Petitto is an experienced professional in franchise learning and development, currently holding the position of Director at P.volve since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole served as Vice President of Talent at bande and engaged in contract work for Innovative Fitness Consulting, where accomplishments included leading brand strategy and client onboarding. As a founding team member at Salut, Nicole developed talent acquisition and engagement playbooks while contributing to various operational aspects. During a decade at Equinox, Nicole advanced to Senior Programming Manager, directing a corporate strategy alongside a large team of program leads and instructors. Nicole began a career with Oakley as a Group Fitness Manager and previously worked as a Communications Specialist. Nicole holds a B.A. in Business/Corporate Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
