Sevkan Saylik

Sevkan Saylik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of Human Resources and People Management. In their most recent position as Head of People & Culture at P1 FUELS, Sevkan is responsible for overseeing HR functions and developing company culture. Prior to that, they worked as a consultant at Sev Consulting, where they provided expertise in HR, employer branding, and recruitment to companies and start-ups. Sevkan also served as the Head of People at BACKBONE, leading HR initiatives and managing teams across multiple locations. Sevkan has held various HR roles in organizations such as Career, Babbel, MeteoGroup, MAX BORN INSTITUTE, Embassy of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Vero Moda, and Acciona Airport Services, Berlin GmbH, gaining extensive experience in HR processes, compliance, training, and recruitment.

Sevkan Saylik completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Freie Universität Berlin between 2013 and 2020.
