David Swift

David Swift serves as the Chairperson of the Board at OmniMax International, LLC and P1 Service Group, while also being an Advisory Board Member at The Edgewater Funds. Swift has extensive experience in leadership roles, having been President & CEO of Swift Consulting Services, LLC since 2013, and retired as Chairman & CEO of Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC in December 2021, where Swift also served as Non-Executive Chairman. Additional leadership positions include Non-Executive Chairman of ATI Physical Therapy and Cotiviti, and membership on the Board of Directors of Daikin Industries. Swift holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Engineering and Physics and Mathematics from Dartmouth College and Amherst College, respectively.
