Adam Carlson

Adam Carlson has extensive work experience in the software industry, with a focus on product management, customer support, and quality assurance.

Starting in 2007, Adam worked at Merrick as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they identified system defects and provided support for software deployment. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, overseeing system functionality and driving process improvements.

Adam then joined IFS, Energy and Resources in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, they conducted various types of testing and collaborated with developers and end users to ensure high-quality software. Adam later transitioned to the role of Senior Customer Support Consultant, where they provided technical analysis and support to team members and worked closely with clients to identify software improvement opportunities.

Currently, Adam is a Product Manager at IFS, Energy and Resources. In this position, they utilize Agile methodologies to create detailed product roadmaps and assists clients with product updates and functionality rollouts. Adam also delivers customer and technical support for the P2 Merrick Suite of applications.
