Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee has extensive work experience in talent development and leadership roles. Jonathan is currently the Senior Director of Talent Development at IFS, a globally recognized enterprise software company. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Talent Development at P2 Energy Solutions, where they launched DE&I initiatives and leadership development programs. Jonathan also served as the Manager of Talent Development at the same company, implementing a successful sales onboarding program and updating the global employee engagement survey.

Jonathan's earlier career includes roles such as Manager of Global Learning & Development at International Game Technology (IGT), where they led global learning and organizational development initiatives. Jonathan also worked at Renown Health as a Clinical/Administrative Supervisor and Assistant Manager of Respiratory Care, where they managed staff and patient care, as well as trained new hires.
