Mark Kilpatrick

Mark joined P2 in March 2017 as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and later moved into a Chief Operating Officer role. In April 2021, he moved into the role of Chief Financial Officer and continues to lead P2’s operations teams.

Mark has held various executive leadership roles over the past 20 years in the information, software, and analytics space. Mark’s previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Operations for Sphera Solutions, formerly the Operational Excellence and Risk Management division within IHS, where he helped IHS divest the division in May 2016 to Genstar Capital, creating the new entity Sphera Solutions. Mark also focused a large part of his career in accounting, finance, M&A, and post-acquisition integrations in various roles at Halliburton, Tetra Tech, and Rolls Royce.

Mark and his wife have two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing different golf courses in the Houston area.

Mark graduated with a BA degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Baylor University.
