Junior Technical Project Manager

• Support Project Managers in coordinating the organisation and delivery of projects;

o To budget, on time and to specified quality standards;

o usually with teams within a department in order to deliver successful projects, that will feed into the company Programme portfolio.

• Developing and maintaining relationships across the business to promote and facilitate highly effective cross departmental communication and coordination.

• Supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of project and business process documentation within the Customer Delivery team.

• Attend client meetings to support P2i Sales process with technical expertise and know-how, and support deployment of P2i technology at customer site. Regular travel to customer sites may be required.

• Preparation of technical reports, briefing notes, and presentations for internal and external use.

• Administration and utilization of the Project Management Software to plan, maintain and report on projects.

• Administration and utilization of key logs (e.g. risks and issues), schedules and documentation across projects. 

Academic Qualifications or Key Knowledge

• bachelor‘s degree or above, with a background in chemistry, physics, material science technology/science (preferably) • Familiar with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Can speak and write English fluently

• 1~3 years of relevant work experience in the consumer electronics industry
