Olga Prokhorova

Olga Prokhorova has over 18 years of work experience, beginning with their role as IELTS Administrator at Inlingua in 2002. Olga then moved to National Democratic Institute (NDI) in 2005, where they worked as a Senior Program Officer for the Eurasia (Ukraine & Belarus) portfolios. In 2013, they were a Program Manager for the U.S. - Russia portfolio at Eurasia Foundation and a Seconded Technical Observer (STO) for Bulgaria (May 2013) and Moldova (November 2014) at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). In 2015, they worked as a US Federal Government (AmeriCorps) and in 2021, they became the Country Director for IREX/Ukraine. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at P2Pseller.

Olga Prokhorova attended Virginia Tech from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Master's in Pubic and International Affairs with a Global Security Concentration. During their time there, they were recognized with the Outstanding Second-Year Graduate Student Award.
