Nancy started her working life in the not-for-profit sector on issues related to young people, social exclusion and economic regeneration and then went onto pursue a career in HR and an international executive search career at PwC. Since then she has worked on executive and non-executive appointments across the public and private sector, specialising in social and economic regeneration. Her expertise lies in building management teams with an emphasis on transformation and organisational culture shift.
She has a strong interest in widening participation, social mobility and working with young people and this is reflected her voluntary work where she has worked with organisations supporting refugees into work and mentoring professionals from diverse communities.
Nancy is currently Partner at Gatenby Sanderson – leading recruiters in the public sector. She is also part of the management team at Hoptroff, a technology company providing a cloud-based timing network solution.
