Harry Kastanas

Harry Kastanas is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic development across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at P3 since September 2021, Harry focuses on implementing the company's Business As Unusual strategy. Previous roles include Entrepreneur in Residence, conducting ICT industry research during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Customer Project Manager at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, where notable achievements included managing the T-Mobile 5G Network project in Croatia. With a career spanning various leadership positions at companies such as Niometrics, Indosat, Huawei, and Nokia Siemens Networks, Harry has consistently delivered large-scale projects while managing extensive teams and budgets. Harry holds a Diploma of Education in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from TVL - West Athens, Greece.
