Phil Pelfrey is an experienced aerospace engineer and executive with a comprehensive background in leadership and management. Currently serving as Chief Engineer and General Manager at P3 Technologies since 2017, Pelfrey also holds the position of President. Previously, Pelfrey was the Executive Vice President at Exquadrum, Inc. from 2011 to 2017 and held significant roles at Florida Turbine Technologies as Director of Space Propulsion Programs from 2005 to 2011, and at Allied Aerospace (now Triumph Group) as Engineering Manager and General Manager for the Florida Operations Office from 2001 to 2005. Early career experience includes a position as Engineering Manager at B/E Aerospace and as CIPT Leader at Pratt & Whitney. Pelfrey obtained a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami.
