Ana Teresa Miranda is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at P95 since March 2023, Ana leads quality monitoring initiatives and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and enhance customer experience. Previously, as EMEA Regional QA/Compliance Manager at Alphanumeric Systems, Ana was responsible for overseeing quality metrics and client communications within the Janssen Global Call Center project. Ana has held various roles in quality assurance and management, including Quality Team Lead and Junior Artwork Officer, and has developed a strong background in quality management systems, complaint handling, and regulatory compliance. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Drug Regulation and Evaluation from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon and a Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Porto.
