Erich’s background in analysis and reporting makes him a natural for his data analyst position with Kermit. Erich has experience as a project analyst, supporting multi-million-dollar accounts while leading efforts in standardization, training, and advanced reporting. Throughout his career, Erich has focused on driving impactful, data-driven change while also mastering the presentation and clear communication of the data to make it understandable and actionable.

Erich graduated from Grove City College with a degree in Business Economics and has a further background in customer service, sales, marketing, and IT support.
