Helen Mullings

Helen Mullings is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at PA Consulting since September 2021, Helen previously held the position of Global Chief HR Officer at QuantumBlack from March 2017 to September 2021. With a long tenure at McKinsey & Company, Helen worked from January 2007 to February 2017 as the Director of Professional Development and from April 1996 to January 2001 as a Consultant. Earlier in their career, Helen served as a Business Consultant and Commodity Trader at Shell from 1990 to 1995. Helen holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, which was completed between 1984 and 1988.
