Kate Lafferty

Kate Lafferty is an experienced consultant specializing in people transformation and change management. Currently serving as the People Transformation and Communications Lead and Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, Kate previously held various roles at Qlearsite, The Chemistry Group, Mind Gym, and the MIS Training Institute, where responsibilities ranged from consultancy to client management and sponsorship leadership. Kate holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton.
