Leo Bianchi

Leo Bianchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and packaging within the FMCG sector. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting since November 2021, Leo specializes in leading projects that drive sustainable product innovation. Previously held roles include Head of Product Development at Xampla and UK & Europe Head of Packaging at pladis Global, where Leo shaped packaging strategies and led teams to enhance product offerings. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Burton's Biscuit Company and Unilever, where Leo developed complex packaging strategies and sustainability initiatives. Leo holds a Master's in Design Management from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by further qualifications in packaging engineering.
