With significant experience as a Principal Consultant, Polly has led multi-disciplinary teams in delivering growth strategies and business transformation while collaborating with senior leadership to drive efficiency and innovation. Previous roles at Deliveroo involved heading Account Management for the UK & Ireland, contributing to growth strategies during the IPO phase, as well as managing key corporate accounts. Polly's career also includes positions at Centrica, where contributions to commercial marketing and business development were made. Polly holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Durham University.
