Samantha Devincentis

Samantha DeVincentis possesses extensive experience in care management and social services, currently serving as Supervisor of Care Management - LTSS at PA Health & Wellness since November 2018. Prior roles include Program Manager and Service Coordinator at JEVS Human Services, and Supported Living Counselor at Step By Step, Inc. Additionally, Samantha served as a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy and completed a Counseling Internship at Community Service Foundation. Academically, Samantha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services with a focus on social and community services from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Social Sciences from Penn State Abington. Early education culminated in a high school diploma from St. Hubert's High School for Girls.
