Anna Basista

Anna Basista is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR strategy and operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pabst Brewing Company since May 2022, Anna also holds the position of Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Superior Essex, where leadership is provided for over 3,500 employees across North America, Europe, and Asia. Anna's prior roles include Vice President positions at Superior Essex and Essex Group, Inc., as well as Director of Human Resources at Viad Corp and Exhibitgroup/Giltspur. Anna began a career in HR as Regional Manager at Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products and Director at Teldata. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Hawai‘i System.
