Christopher Pierce

Christopher Pierce, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience at PACCAR Winch since May 2017, serving in various capacities from Human Resource Coordinator to Senior Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this role, Christopher dedicated nine years of service in the United States Marine Corps, progressing through positions such as SRT Commander and Patrol Supervisor, where skills in law enforcement and management were honed. With a strong educational foundation, Christopher is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Military and Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, building upon a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice: Public Administrations and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, Christopher holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Criminal Justice and has completed coursework towards a Doctorate in Executive Strategic Leadership. An active Secret Security Clearance complements Christopher's diverse background in leadership and problem-solving within both military and HR contexts.
