Michael H.

Michael H. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael started their career in 2006 as an Account Manager at Hilti North America, where they managed accounts in the northeast United States and focused on delivering system solutions for various industries. Michael later transitioned to a Reporting Analyst role, where they were responsible for report creation and analysis using Business Information Warehouse for SAP and MS Office.

In 2011, Michael joined ORS Nasco as a Pricing Analyst, overseeing the execution of pricing updates from numerous vendors and creating streamlined reporting structures for product updates.

In 2012, they moved to PACCAR Winch, where they held several roles. Michael started as a Senior Marketing Analyst, managing market analysis programs and customer pricing. Michael later became a Marketing Manager, overseeing reporting metrics and product development. Michael then served as a Senior District Sales Manager, responsible for sales development and account management. Subsequently, they were promoted to Plant Superintendent, where they oversaw production operations and implemented continuous improvement projects. Currently, Michael is serving as the Director of Sales, leading market segment teams and identifying new product and business opportunities.

Michael H. completed their education at Oklahoma State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended The University of Tulsa from 2001 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) degree with a focus in Marketing. Additionally, Michael has obtained several certifications including Effective Negotiations from Oklahoma State University (obtained in 2014), PACCAR Institute of Managerial Leadership from PACCAR (obtained in 2014), and Trained Six Sigma Black Belt also from PACCAR (obtained in 2013).
