Paul Feenstra

Paul Feenstra serves as the Executive Director of Government Relations and Policy at PACCAR Inc since March 2016. Prior to this role, Feenstra held the position of Senior Vice President for Government and External Affairs at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America from June 2008 to February 2016. Feenstra also served as Executive Vice President at Keystone Public Affairs, where expertise in government relations, communications, and business development was provided to various clients. Earlier career experience includes roles as the Director of Governmental, International and Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Transportation and as a communications director for a U.S. Congressman. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Management from Penn State University.
