Rachel Qiu

Rachel QIU has significant experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, currently serving as Managing Director at PACCAR China since May 2011, following a role as Senior Director of Components Sales and Purchasing. Prior to PACCAR, Rachel QIU was a Global Buyer at Volvo Powertrain for five years, collaborating with a multinational team to develop purchasing strategies for China and Japan. Earlier positions include Purchasing Engineer at Ford Motor Company and Assistant to the China Service Manager at GE Consumer and Industrial Group. Rachel QIU holds a Master of Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned between 2018 and 2021, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2005.
