Erin Hartman is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in media strategy, planning, and analytics. Currently serving as Media Director at Pace since April 2022 and at Swish since November 2021, Erin leads teams in both traditional and digital media planning while focusing on result analysis for optimization. As the Media Director and Owner of Ad Mechanics, a boutique agency founded in 2005, Erin provides a comprehensive range of services to clients across various industries. Previous positions include Media Director at J. Walter Thompson INSIDE, where notable clients included T-Mobile and Walmart, and as Media Director at Watauga Group, overseeing accounts from diverse sectors. Erin's career began with earlier roles at BBDO Worldwide and Ames Scullin O'Haire, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
