Philippe Sarfati

Philippe Sarfati is the current Director at Pace Credit Union. Philippe has also previously served as Board Member and Executive Vice-President, Chief Risk Officer at Concentra Bank. In their role as CRO, they were responsible for overall strategies for Concentra, ensuring sound governance and effective controls for enterprise risk management, compliance, corporate policy, credit adjudication and regulatory framework. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of SSG at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada. Philippe has a wealth of experience in risk management and regulatory compliance and has been instrumental in helping financial institutions navigate these complex waters. Philippe is a respected leader in their field and their advice is sought after by many. Philippe is committed to helping Pace Credit Union thrive and grow in a sustainable way that benefits all members.

After completing their MBA at HEC Montréal, Philippe Sarfati began their career in international finance. Philippe then transitioned to a role in marketing and organizational behaviour at McGill University.
