Kevin Moyer

Chief Investment Officer at PACE Equity, LLC

Kevin Moyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kevin started their career at Dana Commercial Credit in 1980 and worked their way up to become the President of the Capital Group. In 1998, they became the President of Dana Asia Pacific, where they developed business tactics and strategies for profitable partnerships.

In 2000, Moyer joined Dana Global Information Technology Group as the Vice President and Director of e-Business. Kevin led the global IT and communications network, implementing e-Business initiatives for cost savings and real-time decision making.

From 2003 to 2007, Moyer served as the President of the Fluid Products Group at Dana Corporation, where they successfully performed an operational and financial turnaround for the distressed automotive supplier group.

In 2007, Moyer founded their own management consulting firm, Global Pathways, LLC. Kevin provided contract executive services to the Toledo Lucas County Port Authority and established the NW Ohio Advanced Energy Improvement Corporation, a PACE district.

Since 2014, Moyer has been working at PACE Equity, LLC as a Partner and Chief Investment Officer. PACE Equity is a leading provider of PACE financing and energy engineering services for commercial real estate projects.

Throughout their various roles, Moyer has demonstrated expertise in turnaround management, strategic planning, business development, and implementing IT solutions.

Kevin Moyer completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in finance and accounting at The University of Findlay from 1976 to 1980. Kevin then pursued an Executive MBA Program at Bowling Green State University from 1983 to 1986.
