Adele Doan

Adele Doan is the founder of LinkedIn Blue Ocean (LBO), the first career development community on LinkedIn in Vietnam, and serves as Community Lead at WorkFlow Space. As the Founder & CEO of CareerLab, Adele focuses on providing training and consulting services tailored to young professionals in Vietnam. With experience as a motivational speaker and trainer, Adele has collaborated with notable organizations and delivered sessions on professional development and personal branding. Additionally, Adele is the Vietnam Ambassador for Favikon, an AI-powered influencer platform, and an IPL Scholar at the PACE Institute of Management. Previous roles include Business Manager at JobHopin and Recruitment Leader at One Arrow Consulting Vietnam, showcasing expertise in recruitment and business development. Adele holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the National Economics University in Vietnam.
