Hizam Ismail

Hizam Ismail has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hizam began their career as an intern at Changi Airport Group in 2009. Hizam later co-founded Onelyst in 2015, a digital lending marketplace aimed at providing credit opportunities to underserved segments in Southeast Asia. In 2018, they co-founded Rely, a "buy now pay later" company in Singapore that achieved significant success and expanded operations across the region before being acquired by PACE. Currently, Hizam Ismail holds the position of Global Strategy & Program Director at Pace Enterprise.

Hizam Ismail completed a Diploma in Business Information Technology from Temasek Polytechnic between 2007 and 2010. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Economics & Finance at RMIT University, completing it in 2014.
