Katelyn Hougham serves as the Senior Vice President and Executive Director at PACE of Northeast Indiana since December 2024. With extensive experience in advance care planning and population health, Katelyn has been involved with Respecting Choices as a Facilitator and Instructor since May 2014, specializing in end-of-life conversations and certification of healthcare providers. Previous roles include Vice President of PACE Operations and Vice President of Population Health at Aging & In-Home Services, as well as positions focused on advance care planning coordination in various organizations, including Honoring Choices Indiana and the Northeast Coalition for Advance Care Planning. Katelyn holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Services Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
