Michelle Lupoli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle started their career as a Registered Nurse at Peninsula General Hospital in 1986. Michelle then worked as a Nurse Manager at Peninsula General Nursing Home from 1989 to 1994. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Regional Clinical Manager, Case Management at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. In 1999, they became the Manager of Care Management at Westerly Hospital until 2003. Following that, they joined Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island where they held various leadership roles.
