Michelle Lupoli

Michelle Lupoli has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle started their career as a Registered Nurse at Peninsula General Hospital in 1986. Michelle then worked as a Nurse Manager at Peninsula General Nursing Home from 1989 to 1994. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Regional Clinical Manager, Case Management at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. In 1999, they became the Manager of Care Management at Westerly Hospital until 2003. Following that, they joined Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island where they held various leadership roles. Michelle served as the Director of Medical Management from 2003 to 2013 and then as the Vice President of Medical Management from 2013 to 2021. Currently, they are the Chief of Clinical Services at PACE Organization of Rhode Island, where they are responsible for overseeing multiple components of the PACE program. Michelle has also been actively engaged in the executive management teams and has served as a liaison to state and federal agencies.
