Erin Smith

Erin Smith, SPHR, CCP, currently serves as the Director for the Board of Directors at Pace Suburban Bus, a key transit provider since December 2020. With extensive expertise in total rewards and HR operations, Erin has held significant roles including Head of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Hollister Incorporated, Vice President of Total Rewards at Kemper and Avanade, and First Vice President of Total Rewards at OCC. Erin's leadership in compensation and benefits has impacted organizations with thousands of employees across various industries. In addition to corporate roles, Erin served as President of the Village of Lakewood, Illinois, for eight years. Erin's academic credentials include an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Computer Science from North Central College.
