Pratheeksha P's work experience begins in 2017 as a student at N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE. They then joined SSi People in September 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Associate before transitioning to the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist in March 2022. Currently, Pratheeksha is working as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Pace Wisdom Solutions starting from July 2022.

Pratheeksha P completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from NMAMIT between the years 2017 and 2021.
