Bill Baxter

Bill Baxter has a diverse range of work experience. Bill currently works as a Consultant for PACE since 2022. Prior to that, they owned their own consulting company called Bill Baxter Consulting Ltd., where they helped groups improve leadership and team cohesion. Bill also worked as a Programme Manager for Blind Veterans UK from 2021, overseeing a team of project leads. Before that, they worked at Roc Technologies as a Project Management Consultant and Portfolio PMO for Dounreay Site Restoration Ltd. and as a Project Management Office consultant for Supply Chain Optimisation Programme at HCA Healthcare UK. Bill also served as a Programme Management Office Lead for the UK Home Office.
