Erik Winning

Erik Winning is an experienced videographer and field producer currently employed by Pacers Sports & Entertainment since 2000, serving as an ENG shooter and broadcast camera operator for the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever. Responsibilities include shooting and field-producing player features for various sports broadcasts and operating the mid-court camera during games. Alongside this role, Erik has been a TV freelancer since 2000, covering high-profile events such as the NBA Finals, Super Bowl media day, and other major sports competitions. Additionally, Erik held the position of Video Production Manager for the National FFA Organization from 2006 to 2018, where responsibilities included equipment research and selection, as well as the revival of an educational TV show. Erik began a career in broadcasting as an Operations Engineer at WRTV, managing master control and live satellite feeds.
