Chad Godwin

Chad Godwin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the commercial transportation industry. Currently serving as Compliance Officer & General Counsel and Director of Legal at Pace Runners, Inc. since March 2017, Chad oversees legal compliance and develops logistics solutions tailored to diverse client needs. Prior to this, Chad worked as an Attorney at Carr Allison from 2002 to March 2017, focusing on litigation in commercial transportation. Chad began legal career as a Law Clerk at The Stewart Law Group, gaining valuable experience in discrimination and Title VII matters. Chad holds a JD from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
