James McWalter

James McWalter's work experience begins in 2000 as a Farmer at Garrymore Organics. From 2007 to 2015, they held various roles at FactSet, including Vice President - Sales and DataFeed Sales Specialist, where they achieved significant revenue growth and assisted in creating new technology integrations. In 2016, they became the COO and Founder of Hale- Fitness On Demand, where they were responsible for strategy, operations, and user acquisition. James then served as the Director of Business Development at Hello Vera from 2017 to 2018, leading to an acquisition by Google. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Operations at Respondent Inc. Additionally, McWalter has hosted the podcast "Build, Repeat." since 2020. Currently, they are the CEO of Paces, a company that helps renewable developers find and evaluate the best sites through a unique parcel search methodology.

James McWalter has a diverse educational background. James completed their Master's degree in Philosophy at the University of St Andrews from 2006 to 2007.
