Brad Avard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brad started their career in 1999 as a Special Education Behavior Technician at Broken Arrow Public Schools, where they provided classroom supervision and counseling to students with emotional and developmental disabilities. In 2000, they joined Tele-Data Services, Inc as a Level III HMO CSR, where they served as a liaison between an insurance company, its clients, and physicians within the HMO network.
