Kristen Prato

Kristen Prato has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Kristen is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Pacesetter Claims Service, Inc since August 2021. In this role, they oversee finance, HR, legal, and administrative functions and is a strategic partner to the CEO. Kristen has also worked at Unit Corporation for several years in various roles, including Controller and Assistant Controller. Kristen managed a staff of 40 and contributed to process improvements and clean-up of accounts. Prior to that, they worked at Williams as a Senior Accounting Analyst, at WilTel Communications as a Senior Accountant, at BP as a Business Analyst, at Berendsen Fluid Power as a General Ledger Accountant, and at Oklahoma Chemical & Dye, Inc. as an Accountant. Kristen has a strong background in SEC filings, financial reporting, and implementing reporting software. Kristen has also been involved in significant events such as the sale of a business segment worth $1 billion in assets.

Kristen Prato received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oral Roberts University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
