Alberto di Bella

Alberto Di Bella is an experienced hospitality professional with a solid background in food and beverage management, currently serving as a Night Manager at Pacha Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel MiM Ibiza from March 2018 to May 2022, overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including supplier management, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. Alberto held the position of Assistant Director at Sankeys Ibiza from April 2011 to November 2017, where responsibilities included staff training, stock control, and VIP management.
