Will Grant is an experienced educator and organizational development consultant with a strong focus on social change. Currently serving as the Director of Community Action and Strategy at Pachamama Alliance, Will collaborates with the organization's founders to shape global strategies. Will also operates as a consultant for Synthesis Guide and has extensive facilitation experience with YES!, an international NGO. Previous roles include Facilitation and Governance Lead at ConsenSys and contributions to various educational initiatives, including EdgeMakers, Learners Guild, and Fierce Allies. Will's commitment to fostering innovative solutions in education and community engagement is exemplified by founding The Pungwe, a gathering of diverse change-makers. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Change and Education from Claremont McKenna College.
