Jordan Kroop

Jordan Kroop is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and financial transactions. Currently serving as Counsel at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP since September 2021, Jordan previously held the position of Partner at Perkins Coie LLP from February 2014 to September 2021 and at Squire Sanders LLP from December 1997 to February 2014. Earlier in the career, Jordan was an Associate at JONES DAY® from September 1994 to November 1997. Jordan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law from 1991 to 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in History from Brown University.
