Matt Beaman has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Matt is currently serving as the Head of Initiatives & Learning Development at Pacific Advisors since July 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Enterprise Marketing at Pacific Advisors from January 2021 to July 2022.

During this time, they were responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing leaders, and aligning the credit union's internal culture with its external brand position.

Matt also has experience as the Owner of Step Forward Consulting & Training, where they mentored and coached individuals in personal development and business growth.

Additionally, they worked as a Training Manager at Evergreen Aviation from September 2005 to March 2006, and as a Senior Associate at Convergys in various roles from October 1997 to August 2005, including Organization Development and Recruiting.

Matt Beaman received their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Utah State University from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Park City High School from 1991 to 1995.
