Stacy McCann has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Stacy is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Advisors, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to that, Stacy held the position of Vice President of Sales Operations at the same company from April 2021 to September 2021.
Before joining Pacific Advisors, Stacy worked at Guardian Life for a decade, starting in 2010. Their roles at Guardian Life included Head of Internal Sales from July 2018 to February 2021, National Sales Director for Individual Disability Insurance from October 2014 to July 2018, and Director of Disability Marketing from August 2010 to October 2014.
Their career began at The Phoenix Companies in 1992, where they served as an Assistant Director of Advertising until 2005.
Most recently, Stacy had an impactful role at The Hartford, from 2005 to 2010. Stacy was the Director of Distribution Development and was responsible for divisional representation in enterprise-wide growth initiatives, as well as partnering with cross-divisional teams for executing cross-sell strategies between the Life Company and Property and Casualty.
Overall, Stacy McCann has a wealth of experience in various leadership and sales positions within the insurance industry, making their a valuable asset to any organization.
Stacy McCann completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Connecticut, where they attended from 1988 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Partner certification from Guardian Life in August 2023.
