John Nielsen

John Nielsen is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance and strategic development. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Pacific Bay Lending Group since November 2015, John is responsible for building and maintaining key business relationships in the mortgage lending sector. John also holds a board position at Elements Spirits Inc, an importer and marketer of KAH Tequila, and has been President of HardmoneyLink.net, a private financing funding source, since 2005. Previously, John served as Managing Partner at Hallmark Financial Holdings and Sr. Director at Seagate Global, overseeing initiatives to establish and acquire financial institutions and promote sustainable economic development, respectively. John's early career includes roles as Partner at Xeon-International and in Venture Capital & Private Equity at ACG Companies, along with sales experience as Vice President at Shearson Wholesale Division. John holds degrees from the University of Colorado Denver and Boston University.
