Katie Matthews

Katie Matthews has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Katie currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pacific Bells since February 2023. Before that, they worked at STARTEK as a Senior Human Resources Manager from August 2020 to February 2023, and as a Human Resources Generalist from April 2017 to April 2021. Prior to STARTEK, they worked as an HR Generalist at Warbird Consulting Partners, LLC from June 2015 to May 2017. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Vericheck, Inc. from May 2014 to June 2015. Katie also has experience as a Student of Business at Georgia State from January 2014 to May 2015, and as Team Mom Lead at Duluth Youth Football and Cheer Association from January 2010 to January 2011.

Katie Matthews completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2011 to 2013. Katie then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Managerial Science with a concentration in Human Resource from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2012 to 2015.
