Han Wu

Han Wu is a Senior Scientist at PacBio since August 2023, previously serving in the same capacity at Apton Biosystems from December 2021 to August 2023, where the focus was on methodology and reagent development for sequencing library preparation. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Technology Officer at Unimed Biotech in Shanghai (April 2019 - October 2021) and Ascendas Genomics (February 2017 - April 2019), emphasizing IVD product development and single-cell genomics. Earlier career achievements include overseeing prenatal IVD technology at Basetra, Ltd (May 2015 - February 2017), and postdoctoral research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (September 2011 - May 2015) specializing in mouse genetics and epigenetics. Han Wu began academic training at Duke University, earning a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2011, following a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Fudan University.
