Rebecca Joncas

Rebecca Joncas, BA, CPHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Pacific Blue Cross since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rebecca held several positions at First West Credit Union from March 2012 to April 2025, including Vice President of HR Services, Director of HR & Labour Relations, Senior Manager of Employee Relations, and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on aligning HR expertise with corporate values and objectives. Rebecca's experience also includes a tenure at Pacific Newspaper Group as HR Manager and at Overwaitea Food Group in various HR-related roles. Academically, Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Geography from the University of the Fraser Valley and completed further educational programs in industrial relations and employee benefits.
