Directors

The Directors at Pacific Blue Cross are responsible for overseeing critical functional areas within the organization. This team includes leaders such as the Director of Internal Audit, ensuring compliance and risk management; the Director of Learning and Engagement, fostering employee development and organizational culture; the Director of Marketing, driving brand strategy and communication; the Director of Product and Innovation, spearheading new product development and improvements; and the Director of Major Accounts, managing relationships with key clients and ensuring satisfaction. Together, they drive strategic initiatives and support the organization's mission to enhance the health and well-being of British Columbians.
